Questions enterprise buyers ask
Can we run several brands and regions on one contract?
Yes. On the Enterprise plan each brand or region is its own store on the same contract, with staff seats for the whole team, run from one admin.
Do we have to change payment provider?
No. Connect your own Stripe, PayPal or Braintree account. Tanqory charges a 0% transaction fee on every plan, and you pay your provider's own rate, never marked up.
Does a card number ever pass through Tanqory?
No. The buyer types the card into your payment provider's secure field. The provider keeps the card and your store receives a token, so orders show only the card brand and last four digits.
Does the AI change anything on its own?
No. The assistant prepares a change and waits for a person to confirm before anything is saved. Chatting with it and letting it act in the admin never uses AI credits.
Can we take our data with us?
Yes. Products, customers, orders, discounts, catalogs, analytics and tax reports export as CSV at any time, and the same data is reachable through open APIs.
Can AI shopping agents buy from our stores?
