B2B and wholesale
Wholesale. Built in.
Sell to shops, studios and distributors from the same store you sell to shoppers. Each company signs in to its own prices and payment terms, orders by itself and gets an invoice.

Who this is for
For brands that sell to other businesses
Stockists, studios, cafes, distributors: business buyers want their own prices, an order they can place without calling you and an invoice their accounts team can pay. Tanqory gives them that inside the store you already run.
- A company account for each business you supply
- Wholesale prices and payment terms set per company
- Orders, draft orders and invoices in the same admin as retail
One platform
Retail and wholesale in one store
B2B is part of the plan. There is no second system to buy, connect or keep in step.
One admin for both sides
Companies sit next to Customers. Products, inventory, orders, discounts and analytics serve shoppers and business buyers alike.
One catalog, two prices
A shopper sees the retail price. A signed-in company sees its wholesale tier. The product, the stock and the photos are entered once.
Buyers order by themselves
A buyer signs in, sees the company's prices and terms, and places the order at any hour. Your team reviews it in the admin.
- Transaction fee
- 0%
- On every plan, with any payment provider you connect.
- Extra apps for wholesale
- 0
- Companies, price tiers, terms and invoices are in the plan.
- Admin for retail and wholesale
- 1
- One catalog, one stock count, one order list.
A wholesale order, start to invoice
Follow one company from price list to invoice
An example stockist signs in, sees its own price tier, orders on Net 30 terms and receives the invoice. Nothing is retyped along the way.
AI and automation
Less desk work in every wholesale order
The assistant, automation, search and AI product feeds that run your retail store work for your business buyers too, so wholesale needs no second system and no extra apps.
Ask the assistant, then confirm
Ask the assistant in your admin to draft a wholesale order, look up a company or check stock instead of doing it by hand. It acts across companies, draft orders, orders and inventory, asks before it changes anything, and this everyday work never uses credits.
Meet the assistantLet routine steps run
Workflow automation is part of the plan. Tag wholesale orders and tell the right person on your team without anyone watching the order list.
See automationSearch that understands buyers
Store search reads meaning, so a buyer who types what they need finds the right product even when your catalog uses trade names. It costs nothing extra.
See the online storeBe found where buyers research
Send your catalog as product feeds to ChatGPT, Google Merchant Center, Meta and TikTok from one settings page, so buyers find you while they look for suppliers.
See the channels
Fits your business
Shape wholesale around how you sell
Regions, payment and your other systems bend to your business, not the other way round.
Sell to each region in its own currency
Markets and local currencies are built in. A stockist in Bergen and a distributor in Sydney each see prices in their own currency from one store.
See marketsGet paid through your own provider
Connect your own Stripe, PayPal or Braintree account. Tanqory adds a 0% transaction fee to every order, large or small, and never marks up your provider's rate.
See the pricingConnect the systems you already run
Open APIs and an SDK let your developers link an ERP, a warehouse or a headless storefront. Products, customers, orders and catalogs also export as CSV.

B2B features
What wholesale on Tanqory includes
Everything below is built into the admin. None of it is a separate app.
Company accounts
A profile for each business you supply, with its buyers. Companies sit next to Customers in the same admin.
Tiered pricing
Wholesale price tiers, set per company. A signed-in buyer sees the company's prices while shoppers keep seeing retail.
Payment terms
Let trusted companies order now and pay later. You set the terms on the company, for example Net 30.
Invoices
Send an invoice for any order from the admin. Invoicing is part of the plan, with no extra app.
Draft orders
Build an order for a buyer and send it to them. Or ask the assistant to draft it, then confirm.
Markets and currencies
Sell to each region in its local currency. Markets are built into the plan and run from one store.
Workflow automation
Routine order steps run on their own. Tag wholesale orders and tell your sales team, with no extra app.
Staff seats
Every plan includes seats for sales and support. Add one more seat as an add-on when the team grows.
Data export
Products, customers, orders, discounts and catalogs export as CSV. Analytics and tax reports export too.
Open APIs
Open APIs and an SDK for your developers. Link the systems you run or build a headless storefront.
Questions about wholesale
Do I need a separate store or an app for wholesale?
No. B2B and wholesale are built into Tanqory. Company accounts, tiered pricing, payment terms and invoices live in the same admin as your retail products, stock and orders.
How does a business buyer see wholesale prices?
You create a company account for the business and set its price tier. When a buyer from that company signs in, the store shows the company's prices. Shoppers who are not signed in keep seeing retail prices.
Can a company order now and pay later?
Yes. You set payment terms on the company, for example Net 30. The buyer places the order on those terms and you send an invoice from the admin.
What does Tanqory charge on a wholesale order?
A 0% transaction fee on every plan, with any payment provider you connect. You pay your fixed plan price and your provider's own rate, which Tanqory never marks up. A large wholesale order costs you no more in platform fees than a small one.
Can my team place an order for a buyer?
Yes. Create a draft order for the company in the admin, or ask the assistant to draft it, then send it to the buyer. The assistant asks for your confirmation before it changes anything.
Can I sell wholesale in other countries?
Yes. Markets and local currencies are built in, so companies in different regions see prices in their own currency from one store.
Can I connect an ERP or take my data out?
Yes. Tanqory has open APIs and an SDK for your developers, and products, customers, orders and catalogs export as CSV.
Open your store to business buyers
