Does writing product copy use AI credits?

No. Product descriptions, search listings, emails, policies and blog posts are everyday AI work, included in every plan. A fair-use ceiling may slow very heavy use, never stop it. Generating and editing photos uses the AI credits included in your plan, and you can top up with a credit pack at any time.

Is anything published without me?

No. Generated copy waits in the panel with Keep, Try again and Discard, and nothing is written to the product until you keep it. Photo edits wait for Apply or Discard. A kept photo edit is saved as a new photo, so your original stays in the media library.

Can it write in my store's tone?

You pick the tone each time: expert, playful, sophisticated, persuasive or supportive for product copy, and friendly, playful, professional, formal or urgent for emails. You also choose the length and the language.

What can it do with my product photos?

It can remove the background, generate a product photo on a white, transparent, studio or lifestyle background, and edit a photo from a written request. It also suggests alt text for each photo in your store's language.

Which AI models does it use?

Copy is written by large language models through the Tanqory AI gateway. Product images are made and edited with image models from OpenAI and fal.ai. You do not need an account with any of them.

Do I need an app for this?

No. AI content is built into the product editor, the media library, email and the store's policy pages, on every plan, with no app to install.
