Does the assistant cost extra or use AI credits?

No. Everyday AI work never uses credits: chatting with your assistant and letting it act in the admin is included in every plan. A fair-use ceiling may slow it, never stops it. Credits apply to work like generating images.

Can it change my store without me?

No. Every change appears first as a preview with what it is now and what it will be, and nothing is saved until you press confirm. A significant change, such as a refund, also asks you to type a short sentence.

What can I ask it?

Questions about your store, answered from your own data, and requests to act across products, collections, inventory, purchasing, orders, draft orders, returns, customers, companies, staff, discounts, gift cards, marketing, content, media, storefront, theme, domains, markets, subscriptions and settings.

Can it answer how-to questions?

Yes. Ask how to do something in Tanqory and it answers from the Tanqory help center, then it can do the steps for you once you confirm.

Can I talk to it instead of typing?
