How does the loyalty program work?
The loyalty program is an add-on to your plan. It rewards customers who come back, and it runs in the same admin as your email and offers. Its price is on the pricing page.
Does the AI use credits for marketing work?
Writing work does not: product copy, emails and chat with the assistant never use credits. Heavier jobs such as generating images use credits from your plan, and you can see your balance and top up in the admin at any time.
Can the AI send a campaign without me?
No. The assistant drafts the audience, the email and the offer, and it acts only after you confirm.
