Do I need an added app to sell subscriptions?
No. Subscriptions are built into Tanqory and sit in your admin next to products and orders. You create a plan, attach it to products and start selling, with nothing to install and no second vendor to pay.
What happens when a renewal payment fails?
Tanqory retries the payment automatically 4 times, at 1, 3, 5 and 7 days after the failure. You can also open the subscription and retry it yourself. Failed billings are counted in the summary bar so none are missed.
How often can I bill, and what discounts can a plan give?
A plan bills every N days, weeks, months or years. Its discount can be a percentage, a fixed amount or a fixed price. One product can offer more than one plan, for example every month and every 2 weeks.
Does each renewal create an order?
Yes. Every renewal creates an order with tax, so your team fulfils it like any other order and your reports include it.
What can buyers change on their own?
Buyers can skip the next delivery, pause, resume or cancel a subscription, and change the delivery address, the quantity or the payment method.
What does Tanqory charge on subscription sales?
The transaction fee is 0% on every plan, with any payment provider you connect. You pay your payment provider's own rate, and Tanqory never marks it up.
What can the AI assistant do with subscriptions?
