Is the app part of my plan?
Yes. The app comes with every Tanqory plan. Sign in with your Tanqory account, pick your store and you are working on the same data as the admin on the web.
Which phones and devices does it run on?
iPhone and iPad on iOS 17 or later, and Android phones on Android 7 or later. The day's revenue and latest orders also show on Apple Watch and Wear OS watches.
What can I do in the app?
Orders (fulfil, refund, cancel), products, inventory, transfers and purchase orders, customers and segments, discounts, gift cards, marketing, markets, subscriptions, analytics and store settings. It also has the AI assistant, with voice mode.
Which alerts can I get on my phone?
New, paid, fulfilled, refunded and cancelled orders, low stock, discounts and gift cards that expire, domain and certificate warnings, a missing payment provider, team invitations, and stock transfers that start, finish or fail. You choose which ones reach you in the app's notification settings.
Can my staff use the app?
Yes. Invite them from the app or the web admin and give each one a role. Staff seats come with every plan (2, 5, 15, 50 or unlimited depending on the plan), and you can add more seats as an add-on.
What can the AI assistant do in the app?
It answers questions about your store and acts across products, orders, inventory, customers, discounts, marketing and settings, always after you confirm. You can type or talk to it. Everyday assistant work, including product copy, never uses AI credits.
