Before you talk to sales
Who should talk to sales?
Teams that run several stores or brands, have many staff, sell wholesale, or have a move to plan. A solo seller can start alone: describe what you sell and the store is drafted for you.
Do I need to talk to sales before I start?
No. You can create your account on your own at any time, with 3 days free before your first charge.
Can I keep my payment provider?
Yes. Connect the Stripe, PayPal or Braintree account you already have. Every plan has a 0% transaction fee, and you pay your provider's own rate with no markup.
What does AI cost on top of the plan?
Every plan includes monthly AI credits. Everyday work never uses them: chatting with the assistant and letting it act in the admin, product copy, emails, policies and reports. Credits apply to images, store launch, theme generation and automation, and you can top up with credit packs any time.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It stays yours. Export products, customers, orders, discounts, catalogs, analytics and tax reports as CSV whenever you like.
What happens after I send the form?
A member of the sales team reads it and replies to the email address you gave. If the form cannot be sent, the page gives you a ready email to sales@tanqory.com with the same details.
