Questions about growing on Tanqory
Do I need extra apps for email marketing and automation?
No. Email campaigns, customer segments and automation flows are built into Tanqory and use the same customers and orders as the rest of your admin. Marketing contacts have no plan limit.
Does Tanqory take a larger cut as my sales grow?
No. The transaction fee is 0% on every plan, with any payment provider you connect. You pay your payment provider's own rate, and Tanqory never marks it up.
Where can my products appear outside my own store?
Product feeds go to ChatGPT, Google Merchant Center, Meta and TikTok from one settings page. Sales channels cover Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Facebook and Instagram. Every store also publishes a catalog that AI shopping agents can discover and browse.
What happens when a buyer leaves a checkout unfinished?
Tanqory lists a checkout that was left unfinished as abandoned. It appears in Orders under Abandoned Checkouts with the customer and the subtotal, and its status moves from Not Contacted to Contacted to Recovered.
Is the loyalty program included?
Loyalty is a paid add-on that you can add to your plan when you want it. Discounts, gift cards and product reviews are built in and need no add-on.
Can the AI assistant help with marketing?
Yes. Ask it in plain words for a campaign email, a discount or a sales report and it prepares the work in your admin for you to confirm, so the next campaign does not wait for a free afternoon. It works across marketing, discounts, customers and products, and everyday work such as chatting with it and drafting emails or reports does not use credits.
Can my team and my stores grow with the business?
Yes. Staff seats go from 2 to unlimited depending on the plan, and you can add a seat as an add-on. You can also add another store to your plan with an add-on when a second brand or region needs its own storefront.
