Events and ticketing

Sell out the weekend.

Passes with a fixed number on sale, merch pre-orders, the recording after the show and a membership for the regulars. Tanqory, the AI-native commerce platform, writes the line-up page with you and adds a 0% transaction fee to every sale.

What event businesses sell

Everything around the event, in one store

Festivals, venues, promoters and touring acts sell more than admission. One catalog holds all of it, with one checkout.

Passes and admission

Day and weekend passes with a fixed number on sale. When the count reaches zero, the pass shows as sold out.

AI for a small crew

The desk work of an event, done with you

A small crew runs the line-up, the shop and the inbox at once. Tanqory takes on the writing and the admin, replaces the extra apps you would add, and everyday writing never uses AI credits.

  • Line-up pages and listings

AI writes the line-up page, each pass and merch listing from a few lines, and generates and edits the product images.

  • Emails to pass holders

Gate times, a merch drop, the recording release. The assistant drafts them, and emails, product copy and policies never use credits.

  • An assistant in the admin

Ask it to make an early-bird code, change a price or pull a sales report. It acts across the admin after you confirm.

Sell where fans are

Fans find the weekend where they already scroll

Sell on Instagram and TikTok from the same catalog and prices, and send a product feed to ChatGPT. Every store also speaks the Universal Commerce Protocol, so AI shopping agents can find your passes and merch and buy them.

A plan price, and 0% of every pass

400 early-bird passes at $89 come to $35,600. Tanqory takes no share of that: you pay the plan, and your payment provider its own rate, which we never mark up.

Questions organizers ask before passes go on sale

A woman packs a folded tour t-shirt and a pin into a kraft box at a packing table.

Can I put a fixed number of passes on sale?

Yes. Each pass is a product with its own stock count. Set 400 early-bird passes and the pass shows as sold out when the count reaches zero, while the standard pass keeps selling.

Can fans pre-order merch before the event?

Yes. Pre-orders are built in: put the tour tee on sale before it is printed, then let buyers collect merch at the venue or choose local delivery.

Can I sell the recording or a photo pack after the event?

Yes. Add the file to a digital product once. After the buyer pays, the download is ready for them, in the same store as your passes and merch.

How do I run early-bird pricing?

Two ways, often used together: an early-bird pass with its own price and stock count, and a discount code you send to your mailing list. The assistant can make the code for you after you confirm.

Can I sell memberships or season passes?

Yes. Subscriptions are built into the plan with no extra app: set a monthly or yearly price and each member is charged again on that schedule. Gift cards are built in too.

What does it cost to sell passes on Tanqory?

You pay a fixed plan price and a 0% transaction fee to Tanqory on every pass, tee and download. Your payment provider charges its own rate, which we never mark up. You can start free, with 3 days before your first charge.

Does the AI writing cost extra?

No. Chatting with the assistant and letting it act in the admin, product copy, emails, policies and reports never use AI credits. Credits are for images, a store launch and theme generation, and every plan includes some each month.
