Can wholesale and retail run from one store?
Yes. Trade buyers sign in to their company account and see their own prices and terms, while shoppers see your retail prices. If you prefer a separate trade store, Enterprise includes unlimited stores on one catalog and one stock count.
How do trade buyers see their own prices?
Each buyer signs in to their company account. The store shows the price list and quantity tiers set for that company, while retail shoppers keep seeing the shelf price.
Who decides which companies can order on terms?
Your team does. You approve a company for payment terms such as Net 30 in the admin. The invoice goes out with the order and the buyer pays through the payment provider you connect.
Do you charge a fee on large wholesale orders?
No. Tanqory charges a 0% transaction fee on every plan, with any payment provider you connect, such as Stripe, PayPal or Braintree. You pay your provider's own rate, and we never mark it up.
