I have never built a store. How long does setup take?
You describe what you sell in a sentence and the AI store builder prepares the brand, theme, pages and products. You review it, connect a payment provider and publish. No design or coding skill is needed, and every theme is free.
Can I sell on TikTok Shop and Instagram from Tanqory?
Yes. You connect TikTok Shop, Instagram and Facebook from one admin, along with Amazon, eBay, Shopee and Lazada if you want them. You manage each product once and the connected channels sell from the same catalog. A channel may charge its own selling fees, which are set by that channel.
How do collaborations with other creators work?
You give each creator a code and a link. A buyer who uses it gets the discount you chose, and the order is recorded under that creator. One page shows the orders, sales and commission for each collaboration.
What does Tanqory take from each sale?
Tanqory's transaction fee is 0% on every plan, with any payment provider you connect, such as Stripe or PayPal. You pay your provider's own rate with no markup from us.
Does the AI cost extra?
Every plan includes monthly AI credits. Everyday work never uses them: chatting with the assistant, letting it act in your admin, and writing product copy, emails, policies and reports. Credits apply to heavier jobs such as generating images or launching a store, and you can top up with a credit pack at any time.
Can I sell digital products such as guides, patterns or presets?
Yes. Digital products and downloads live in the same catalog as physical products and use the same checkout, so a buyer can order a pattern and a finished piece together.
Do I own my customer list?
Yes. Your buyers are your customers, not a platform's followers. You can export products, customers, orders and discounts as CSV at any time.
