How do buyers get their files?
When the order is paid, the buyer gets an email with the download, and the order records what was sent. You do not attach anything by hand.

Can I sell digital and physical products in the same order?
Yes. Shipping is set per variant, so a cart can hold a download and a parcel. Shipping is worked out only for the items that travel, and the download goes out after payment.
How is tax handled on digital goods?
Turn on VAT for digital goods in your tax settings and choose the collection that holds them. For an order with nothing to ship, the buyer's billing country is used.
What does it cost to sell digital products?
