Duna Climb Co. Example store, Budapest, Hungary

Every channel, one count

Sell it anywhere, count it once

A pair sold at the counter, online or on a marketplace comes off one count, and stock in a checkout is held so two buyers never get the last pair.

  • Store, POS and marketplaces read one count

  • Stock is held while a buyer checks out

  • Online, in person, draft and wholesale orders all commit stock

In your shop

The counter and the stockroom, on the same numbers

Your shops are locations like any other. Staff sell from the POS, take returns back into stock and see what the warehouse holds before they promise a size. Transfers and supplier orders land on the same counts.

  • Receive transfers and supplier orders in the shop

  • Scan barcodes to count and find products

  • Give each product a bin name

  • Keep damaged stock apart from what you sell

Ask what will run out, and get the order drafted

Ask the assistant: it reads stock, sales and incoming orders, tells you what will run short and where, and drafts the transfer or purchase order for you. Nothing moves until you confirm, and everyday questions like these use no AI credits.

  • Answers stock questions in plain words

  • Flags low stock before it sells out

  • Drafts transfers and orders for you to confirm

Can I track stock at more than one location?

Yes. Add your warehouses, shops and pop-ups as locations. Each variant keeps its own on hand, available, committed and incoming numbers at every location, and you can filter the list to one place.

How do transfers between locations work?

Create a transfer with the items and the two locations, mark it ready to ship and in transit, then receive it, all at once or shipment by shipment. Stock leaves one location and arrives at the other as you go.

Can I create purchase orders for my suppliers?

Yes. Keep your suppliers in the admin, draft a purchase order, send it as a PDF and receive the items into a location when they arrive, in full or in parts.

Why did a stock number change?

Every change carries a reason, such as sold, received, return restocked, damaged, transfer or count correction. Open a variant's history to see each change, when it happened and who made it.

Can I export my inventory?

Yes. Export your products, orders and reports as CSV whenever you like. Your data stays yours.
