Tanqory does not take a percentage of your sales. When you make $100, you keep $100. You pay only for your plan. Payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal still charge their own processing fees, and those go to them, not to Tanqory. This applies to every plan, including Enterprise.
These are built into Tanqory plans, with no extra app to install or pay for: marketing email, workflow automation, selling by subscription, B2B and wholesale, product reviews, markets with local currencies, invoices and finance. The AI assistant is built in too, so you are not adding a writing or chat tool on top. The comparison table on this page shows what each plan includes, and Extras lists every paid add-on with its price.
Starter includes 2 staff seats, Growth 5, Business 15 and Scale 50. When you need one more person, an extra seat is an add-on at $5 a month. Enterprise seat counts are set in the order form.
Enterprise is a contract plan from $1,999 a month with 5,000,000 AI credits a month. It adds white label, a dedicated success manager, custom reports, support around the clock and limits set in your order form. Contact sales to agree the terms.
Yes. An upgrade takes effect at once with a prorated charge, and you get the new plan's monthly AI credits straight away. A downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle. Credit packs you bought stay with you either way.
Yes. Every plan renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from the plan settings of your store.
No. AI is part of every plan, not an add-on, so the plan price already covers the daily writing and admin work your team would otherwise do by hand. Everyday work never uses credits: chatting with the assistant, letting it carry out tasks in your admin with your confirmation, and having it write product copy, emails, policies and reports. The monthly AI credits in your plan are for heavier jobs: images, launching a store from a description, generating a theme and automations.
Everyday AI work keeps going: the assistant still answers, acts in your admin and writes product copy, emails and reports. A fair-use ceiling may slow it, but never stops it. Jobs that use credits, such as image generation, pause until your monthly allowance resets, you buy a credit pack, or you upgrade your plan.
Monthly credits reset each billing cycle. Credits you buy last 12 months, and they are used first, oldest first, before your monthly allowance.
The currency follows your billing country: where Tanqory bills in your local currency, the prices on this page show it, and everywhere else they are in USD. The amount you pay is the total shown at checkout before you confirm. Prices exclude tax: any VAT, GST or sales tax that applies is calculated from your billing address at checkout and shown on your invoice.
