Ask where the money is

Ask the assistant about your payouts in plain words. It reads the amounts, states and arrival dates for you and changes nothing.

  • Amounts, states and dates

It returns each payout's amount, state and arrival date, in plain words.

  • Read only

Asking about payouts never moves money and changes nothing in the admin.

Questions about finance

Still have a question?

The help center walks through each finance tool, and our sales team can answer questions about your store.

Talk to salesVisit the help center
Is finance part of my plan?

Yes. Payouts, balance, funding and bill pay are built into the plan. They sit in the Finance group of the same admin as your products and orders, with no extra app to install and no separate login.

Where does my balance come from?

From the payment provider you connect, such as Stripe. Finance reads the available balance for each currency from that account when you open it, and a payout can never be larger than that balance.

Can I choose when payouts happen?

Yes. Set payouts to automatic or manual, daily, weekly or monthly, pick the day and a minimum amount. Only the store owner and admins can change the schedule.

Where do payouts go?

To a verified bank account in the same currency as the balance. Each payout shows its amount, period, bank account, state and expected arrival date, newest first.

How does bill pay work?

Add the bills from your suppliers and vendors, each with its vendor, amount, date and state. Pay them from your store balance and pick the day each one is paid.

What can funding be used for?

Funding is a credit line you can spend on inventory and marketing. Repayment comes from the sales your store makes, and you follow it in the same admin.

Can the AI assistant tell me about payouts?

Yes. Ask which payouts are paid, on the way or held, and it returns each one's amount, state and arrival date. It only reads, so it never moves money, and everyday questions use no AI credits.
