Stock moves with every order: see Inventory

Fulfil from the right place, whole or in parts

An order can leave from one location, from two, or across the counter. Each part keeps its own status and tracking on the same order.

Ship each item from where it is

Move a fulfilment to the location that has the item, split one order into parts or merge them back. The order shows which parcel left from where.

Resend refund email

Returns, refunds and the emails in between

After the parcel leaves, the order page stays the one place to look: the return, the refund and every email the buyer got.

  • Approve a return and add its label and tracking.

  • Mark the items received and refund the whole order or part of it.

  • Every email the buyer gets about the order is written on its timeline, and you can resend it from there.

  • Refunds go back to the payment the buyer used, and the order shows what stays paid.

Every order joins the buyer's profile: see Customers

Questions about orders

Do online and in-person orders share one list?

Yes. Orders from your online store, sales at your counter, pickups and draft orders you build for a buyer all land in the same order list, each with its channel, payment status and fulfilment status.

Can I ship one order from two locations?

Yes. Move a fulfilment to the location that holds the item, or split the order into parts that ship separately. Each part keeps its own tracking, and you can merge parts back.

Can I take the payment later than checkout?

Yes. A payment can be authorized at checkout and captured when you are ready to ship. The order shows when an authorization is waiting, and the timeline records the capture.

How do returns and refunds work?

Approve the return on the order and add its label and tracking. When the items arrive, mark them received and refund the whole order or part of it.

Which emails does the buyer get?

Every email or text the buyer gets about the order, such as the order confirmation or the shipping update with tracking, is written on the order's timeline, and you can resend it from there.

Is there a limit on orders?

No. Every plan takes as many orders as you sell, and Tanqory charges a 0% transaction fee with whichever payment provider you connect. You pay your provider's own rate.

Can I export my orders?

Yes. Filter the order list and download those orders as a CSV file.

Run your next order from one place

Bring every channel's orders into one admin and let the assistant point you to the ones that need you.

  • One list for online, in person and draft orders
  • Fulfil in parts, refund in parts, all on one timeline
  • 0% transaction fee with the payment provider you connect
