Open the assistant in your admin and tap the mic. Your words appear in the message box as you speak. Read them, change anything you like, and press Send. Tap the mic again or press Esc to stop.
Does it send what I say straight away?
No. Dictation only fills the message box. You decide when to send, and the assistant asks you to confirm before it changes anything in your store.
Which languages does it understand?
Dictation listens in your admin language, using the speech engine of your browser. Replies are read aloud in your admin language too, and a reply written in Thai is read in Thai even in an English admin.
What can I ask it to do?
The same things you can type: change products, prices and stock, look up and draft orders, handle returns, customers, discounts, gift cards, marketing and settings. Every change waits for your confirmation.
Does voice use AI credits?
No. Dictation, read aloud and the screen picture run in your browser. Chatting with the assistant and letting it act in your admin is everyday work that never uses credits.
What happens when I share my screen?
