How do I add a second brand?
Every plan includes one store. Add the Additional Store add-on to your plan for each further brand. The new store has its own storefront, theme, domain and catalog, and it is billed on the same plan as the first.
How many stores can one plan hold?
Each Additional Store add-on adds one store to your plan, and you can add them one at a time as brands launch. Enterprise includes unlimited stores.
Does each brand keep its own design and domain?
Yes. Each store has its own theme, pages, domain, catalog and settings. Every Tanqory theme is free and built in React and TypeScript, and each one stays editable in the visual editor. You can also ask AI to generate a theme for a brand or edit its code in Studio.
What does the AI do when we launch a new brand?
You describe what the brand sells. AI prepares the brand, the theme, the pages and the products, so the store is ready to sell and your team reviews and adjusts it. After launch, the assistant in the admin writes product copy, emails, policies and reports and acts on products, orders and settings with your confirmation.
Does AI work use credits in every store?
Everyday AI work never uses credits: chatting with the assistant, letting it act in the admin, product copy, emails, policies and reports. Credits apply to images, store launch, theme generation and automation. Every plan includes monthly credits and you can top up with a credit pack at any time.
Do we pay a transaction fee on each store?
No. The transaction fee is 0% on every plan and every store, with any payment provider you connect. You pay your provider's own rate and Tanqory does not mark it up.
How do staff seats work for a group?
Plans include 2, 5, 15, 50 or unlimited staff seats. When the team grows by one person, add a single seat as an add-on.
Can we take our data out of a store?
Yes. Products, customers, orders, discounts, catalogs, analytics and tax reports export as CSV from each store.
