Can I sell refills on a subscription?
Yes. Subscriptions are built into the plan. Create a plan that bills every set number of days, weeks, months or years, with a percentage off, an amount off or a fixed price, and attach it to a product. Every renewal creates its own order.
What happens when a shopper's card fails on a renewal?
The store retries the payment by itself, four times, at 1, 3, 5 and 7 days. You can also retry a failed payment from the subscription in the admin.
Can shoppers manage their own refill?
Yes. A shopper can skip the next delivery, pause, resume or cancel, and change the address, quantity or payment method.
How do shades and sizes work?
Each shade and size is a variant of the product with its own inventory, so the catalog, the stock count and the orders all read the same variant. Every plan has unlimited products and orders.
What does the AI do for a launch?
It writes product copy and generates and edits product images. The assistant in the admin can then create and update products, collections, inventory and discounts for you, and it waits for your confirmation before anything changes. Chatting with the assistant and letting it act does not use credits; image generation does. The AI does not check cosmetic regulations or ingredient rules for you.
