What does a customer profile hold?
Name, email, phone, company and addresses, notes and tags, every order with the order count and total spent, and the customer's email and SMS marketing choices.
Do sales at my counter go into the same profile?
Yes. Online orders and sales made in person sit in the same customer profile, so the order count and total spent cover both.
Can I bring my customers from a spreadsheet or another system?
Yes. Import a CSV file of customers; you see a preview and a summary of what was added. Export works the same way, as a CSV file.
Is Customers an extra app?
No. Customer profiles are part of every plan, in the same admin as your orders, products and marketing.
