PO numbers and delivery instructions on orders
Tanqory now carries the PO number, delivery instructions and line item properties onto orders from the cart or a draft. Edit the PO and instructions on the order, and find orders by PO number.
What you can do now
- Edits on record The PO number stays editable, delivery instructions lock once fulfillment starts, and each change lands on the order timeline.
- Search by PO Order search matches the PO number, so you can find an order from a buyer's purchase order.
- Emails and packing slips Order and shipping confirmations show the PO and instructions, and line item properties print under each line on the default packing slip.

- Import your order history from another platformBring past orders over from another platform's CSV export, keeping their order numbers and dates, and new orders continue after them. Orders > Import orders
- Payment links for the balance due on an orderWhen an edit leaves a balance due, email the buyer an invoice with a link to pay the rest by card, or copy the link to share it yourself. Orders > open an order > Send invoice
- Refund offer when an edit lowers a paid order's totalWhen an edit lowers the total of a paid order, you get a refund offer for the difference, prefilled and capped at what was paid beyond the new total. Orders > open an order > Edit
