Refund offer when an edit lowers a paid order's total
Tanqory now offers a refund when your edit lowers the total of an order that was already paid, so you can return the difference without leaving the edit.
What you can do now
- Prefilled amount The refund amount is filled in for you and capped at what was paid beyond the new total.
- Original method or credit Send the money back the way it was paid, or as store credit when the order has a customer.
- Offline payments For an order paid offline, the offer records the refund and you pay it back by hand.
