Import your order history from another platform
Tanqory can now import your order history from another platform's orders CSV export. Imported orders keep their original numbers and dates, and your next order number continues after them.
What you can do now
- Linked to customers Each order joins the customer with the same email, and an order with no match comes in as a guest order.
- Safe to run again Running the same file again skips the orders that were already imported.
- No side effects The import sends no emails and moves no inventory, and customer totals and analytics are recalculated afterwards.

- PO numbers and delivery instructions on ordersOrders now keep the PO number, delivery instructions and line item properties from the cart or a draft, and your order emails show them. Orders > open an order
- Refund offer when an edit lowers a paid order's totalWhen an edit lowers the total of a paid order, you get a refund offer for the difference, prefilled and capped at what was paid beyond the new total. Orders > open an order > Edit
- Payment reference and edit conflict check on draftsRecord a payment reference when you mark a draft order as paid, and stop two people's edits to one draft from overwriting each other. Orders > Drafts > open a draft > Mark as paid
