Questions about moving from Wix
Which Wix file do I upload?
The product file from Store Products, Export in your Wix dashboard. Tanqory reads its names, descriptions, prices, costs, SKUs, barcodes, stock, images, brand and options.
What happens to product options?
A Tanqory product carries up to three options. The first three Wix options are imported; if a product uses more, the dry run tells you before anything is written.
Does my Wix store stay open while I move?
Yes. You build the Tanqory store next to your Wix store, and nothing changes for your buyers until you point your domain at Tanqory.
Can I check the import before anything is written?
Yes. Every import starts with a dry run that reads each row and shows what will be created and which rows need a fix. Nothing is written until you confirm.
Do I keep my payment provider?
