Self-serve returns from the buyer's account
Tanqory now lets signed-in buyers see which items they can return, with deadlines and fees, and request a return from their account. Your return rules decide what qualifies and whether you review requests first.
What you can do now
- Your rules apply Return rules set the return window, final sale items, return fees and whether you approve each buyer request.
- Windows per product Set a different return window for a product or a collection.
- Buyer acknowledgement The buyer gets an email confirming that their return request was received.
