Return rules for each market
Tanqory now lets you keep several return rules and assign each one to markets, with one default rule for orders from other markets.
What you can do now
- Rules per market Assign a return rule to one or more markets, and orders from other markets follow your default rule.
- Cancellation window Set how long customers have to cancel an order under each rule.
- Window start Choose whether the return window starts when the order is placed, fulfilled or delivered.

- Import your order history from another platformBring past orders over from another platform's CSV export, keeping their order numbers and dates, and new orders continue after them. Orders > Import orders
