Choose the languages each domain serves
Tanqory now lets you assign languages to each of your domains and set a default per domain, so buyers who arrive on a domain see your store in its language.
What you can do now
- Languages per domain Assign or remove languages for a domain and mark one as its default.
- Default by domain Your storefront opens in the default language of the domain a buyer visits.
- Published languages only Storefront and checkout serve only languages you have published, so a language you are still preparing stays hidden.
More International updates
- Customer emails in your buyer's own languageStore emails now go out in the buyer's language, then your default language, then English, including back-in-stock and price-drop emails. Settings > Notifications
- Check market prices before you save a manual rateEnter a manual exchange rate for a market and see the prices it would give before you save, so you can catch a mistyped rate first. Markets > market > Currency
- AI translation keeps your manual editsRunning AI translation again keeps fields you edited by hand, skips text that has not changed, and flags translations whose original text has changed. Settings > Languages
