Customer data requests now go through a review queue
Tanqory now turns Request customer data into a real request: it waits in a review queue with a 30-day due date, and once approved it gathers a copy of the customer's data for you to share with them.
What you can do now
- Due in 30 days Each request waits for review with a due date 30 days out, and a customer can have one open request at a time.
- Admins decide Approving or rejecting takes an admin, because a request releases personal data, and a rejection carries your reason.
- A copy to share Approval gathers the customer's profile and each of their orders with line items into one copy you can share with the customer.
