Let customers withdraw marketing consent per channel
Tanqory now shows signed-in customers which marketing messages they agreed to, channel by channel, and lets them withdraw consent themselves. Each change is recorded as the customer's own choice.
What you can do now
- Channel by channel Customers see their consent for email, SMS and push messages and can withdraw one channel without changing the others.
- Withdraw only Customers can withdraw consent here but not grant it, so new consent still comes through your existing sign-up paths.
- Old links stop working Withdrawing also cancels a pending email confirmation, so a confirmation link already in their inbox can no longer subscribe them.
