Conversion rate now counts sessions that placed an order
Tanqory now counts a session as a completed checkout only when it created an order, so conversion rate means completed sessions over sessions on your dashboard, in reports and in Live View.
What you can do now
- Real orders only A session completes checkout only when its order was created; a checkout reported done without an order counts as reaching checkout.
- One conversion rate Conversion rate is completed sessions divided by sessions, worked out the same way on the dashboard, in reports and in Live View.
- Funnel metrics in reports Reports can use sessions with cart additions, sessions that reached checkout and sessions that completed checkout.
