Which FedEx services can my checkout offer?
Pick from FedEx Ground, Home Delivery, Express Saver, 2Day, Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and First Overnight within the United States, and International Economy, Connect Plus, Priority and First abroad. Checkout shows the ones FedEx quotes for that parcel and your account.
What currency do FedEx rates show in?
Your store currency. Tanqory converts the rate FedEx returns before your buyer sees it.
Does checkout show a delivery date for FedEx?
Only when FedEx returns one for that parcel. When it does not, checkout shows no estimate rather than a guessed one.
Can I reprint or cancel a FedEx label?
Yes. Reprint it or void it from the order it belongs to. Tanqory keeps the label you bought, so a reprint is the same label.
