Payout questions
Where does my balance come from?
From the Stripe account you connect. The available balance is read from it when you look, one balance for each currency. If it cannot be read, no payout is recorded.
What states can a payout be in?
Pending, in transit, paid, failed or canceled. The payout list shows the newest payout first, and you can filter it by state.
Can I choose when payouts happen?
Yes. Set the schedule to automatic or manual and to daily, weekly or monthly. Pick the day of the week, or a day of the month from 1 to 28, and set a minimum amount.
Who can change the payout schedule?
Only the store's owner and admins. Each change is recorded in the store's activity with who made it and the schedule before and after.
Which bank account do payouts go to?
A bank account you add for the store, once it is verified. The payout is in that account's currency, and the account shows by its last four digits.
Can a payout be larger than my balance?
No. A payout is never larger than the available balance in its currency.
