Facebook and Instagram

Sell where buyers scroll

Send your Tanqory catalog to Meta for each market you sell in, so your products can appear in your Facebook and Instagram shop and ads. Buyers check out on your store, and the purchase reports back to Meta to measure your ads.

Why connect Meta

From a post to a paid order on your own store

Your catalog, ready for Meta

Tanqory builds a Meta catalog feed from your products: one row per variant, with photos, price, sale price, size and colour, in each market's currency.

Posts that sell for you

When customers tag you on Instagram, their posts come into the admin. You show one on your store only after the creator agrees and you approve it.

Ads you can measure

Purchases on your store report to your own Meta dataset through the conversions connection, so Meta can measure the ads that brought the sale.

Catalog feed

One feed for each market, checked before Meta reads it

Settings, Product feeds lists a Meta feed for every market you sell in, priced in that market's currency. Tanqory checks each feed and shows the errors and warnings with the reason, so a product missing a photo or a price is fixed before Meta skips it. Tanqory AI writes the missing product copy, and writing copy uses no credits.

  • One row per variant, grouped under its product

  • Price and sale price in each market's own currency

  • Products missing a required value are left out, with the reason

  • The same settings page feeds Google, TikTok and ChatGPT

Checkout and measurement

The sale happens on your store

A buyer who taps a product goes to your store and pays in your checkout, with the payment provider you connected and a 0% transaction fee from Tanqory. The order joins your order list like every other, and the purchase reports to your own Meta dataset so your ads are measured on real sales.

  • Checkout on your store, with your Stripe, PayPal or Braintree account

  • 0% transaction fee on every plan

  • Purchases report to your own Meta dataset

  • Customer posts appear only with the creator's rights and your approval

Yes. You need a Facebook Page or Instagram business account and a catalog in Meta's Commerce Manager. Tanqory gives you the feed for that catalog.

Every product your storefront sells, one row per variant, with photos, description, price, sale price, size and colour. A product missing a required value is left out of the feed, and Tanqory shows why.

Where do buyers pay?

On your store. A buyer who taps a product in a post or an ad goes to your store and pays in your checkout, with a 0% transaction fee from Tanqory on every plan.

How do customer posts reach my store?

Posts that tag you on Instagram come into Marketing in the admin. One shows on your store only after the creator grants rights and you approve it.

How does AI help here?
