Tanqory now offers an AI shopping assistant on your storefront that answers buyers from your published products and policies, so shoppers get answers while you are away.
What you can do now
- Answers from your store The assistant answers from your published products and policies, with prices in the buyer's market, and shares no stock counts or costs.
- Cart and order help It adds in-stock items to the buyer's cart and gives order status only when the order number and email match.
- Conversations in your admin Answers stream in with a Stop button, and you can read each conversation from your admin.
