Use Tanqory Trust Assets to Increase Sign-Ups

Use Tanqory Trust Assets to Increase Sign-Ups If your referral content gets clicks but sign-ups stay low, it usually isn't a "traffic problem." It's a trust problem. Merchants hesitate when they can't answer simple questions fast: Is this real and reliable?

What does setup actually look like?

Will I be able to get paid?

What happens after an order comes in?

That's why trust assets matter. They make your content feel grounded. They replace vague promises with visible proof: without turning your post into a sales pitch. This guide shows Tanqory affiliates how to use trust assets the right way: what to use, where to place it, and how to combine proof with calm copy so more referred merchants sign up and continue setup.

What are “trust assets”?

Trust assets are approved materials that reduce doubt at the decision moment. They usually include:

• Workflow screenshots (product setup, payment setup, shipping settings, order view)
• UI/product images that show what Tanqory looks like in real use
• Short how-to guides and onboarding checklists
• FAQs that answer common “before I start” questions
• Approved copy blocks that keep messaging consistent and accurate
• Policy or compliance-friendly statements (where relevant)

The purpose isn’t to impress. The purpose is to make the next step feel safe.

Why proof-first creative converts better than “feature-first”

Feature-first content often reads like a brochure: “All-in-one.”

“Powerful.”

“Scalable.”

“Flexible.”

Those words may be true, but they don’t answer the merchant’s real question: “Can I picture myself getting this working?”

Proof-first creative works because it:

• shows what “done” looks like
• removes uncertainty about setup
• helps merchants feel in control
• reduces the fear of wasted time

For affiliates, that means higher-quality sign-ups: people who actually start setup, not just click.

The 5 trust moments where merchants hesitate

If you place trust assets at these moments, you’ll see better conversion.

Trust moment 1: “Is this legit?”

Best trust assets:

• one clean UI image
• a short “what Tanqory is” copy block
• a link to a neutral explainer resource

Trust moment 2: “Can I set this up?”

Best trust assets:

• a 30-minute setup checklist
• a screenshot of product creation
• a simple first-hour plan

Trust moment 3: “Can I get paid?”

Best trust assets:

• payment setup screenshot (provider connection step)
• payout configuration reminder
• FAQ that clarifies what’s required (without overpromising)

Trust moment 4: “How do orders work?”

Best trust assets:

• screenshot of order view in admin
• short flow: order → fulfillment → status update
• basic fulfillment checklist

Trust moment 5: “What if something goes wrong?”

Best trust assets:

• help center / support resource link
• FAQ: common issues (currency, shipping, test order)
• “what to do next” steps

Your content becomes more effective when it targets one trust moment at a time.

How to choose the right trust asset in 60 seconds

Use this decision checklist:

• What stage is the reader in? awareness / considering / ready to start
• What is the main doubt? legitimacy / complexity / payments / shipping / operations
• What’s the smallest proof that resolves it? one screenshot / one checklist / one FAQ answer

Rule: one post, one doubt, one proof.

Where to place trust assets (so they actually work)

Trust assets shouldn’t be dumped at the bottom. Place them where doubt appears. Placement pattern that performs well:

• Near the top: one proof visual that signals “this is real”
• Mid-content: one practical asset (checklist or screenshot) that shows steps
• Near the end: one calm next step link (“see the guide”)

Avoid:

• too many screenshots in one post
• large galleries that distract
• assets that don’t match the point you’re making

What trust assets to use by channel

Social posts (feed)

Use:

• one UI/workflow screenshot
• one short copy block
• one calm CTA

Best for:

• legitimacy + “what does it look like” reassurance

Stories / short video

Use:

• a 3-frame sequence (problem → proof → next step)
• one screenshot per frame

Best for:

• first-hour confidence

Blog/SEO

Use:

• 2-4 screenshots max
• a short checklist section
• FAQ blocks

Best for:

• consideration → activation transition

Email/newsletter

Use:

• one hero proof image
• one short “what you’ll do first” bullet list
• one link

Best for:

• moving warm audiences into setup

Communities

Use:

• permission-based sharing
• a checklist link + one supporting screenshot

Best for:

• high-trust, low-pressure referrals

Copy that pairs well with proof (calm, human, accurate)

The best proof is wasted if your copy sounds like an ad. Use grounded language. Useful copy patterns:

• “Here’s what the first steps look like.”
• “If you want to see the workflow before you commit, start here.”
• “This is a clean option if you want a straightforward setup path.”
• “Start with Version 1, then improve.”

Soft CTAs (non-pushy):

• “See the steps”
• “Use the checklist”
• “Explore whether it fits your workflow”
• “Try steps 1-3 first”

One-line disclosure:

• “This page may include affiliate links. If you sign up through them, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.”

Three ready-to-use proof-first content formats

Format 1: The “First-hour preview” post

• One sentence: the situation
• One screenshot: where setup starts
• Three bullets: what to do first
• One link: checklist

Format 2: The “Payments confidence” post

• One sentence: why payments setup matters
• One screenshot: payment/payout setting
• Two bullets: what to verify
• One link: payments basics guide

Format 3: The “Order flow clarity” post

• One sentence: what happens after checkout
• One screenshot: order view
• Three bullets: fulfillment steps
• One link: first-order routine

These formats work because they combine “proof + steps + calm next action.”

Common mistakes (and how to fix them)

• Mistake 1: Using generic banners as proof
  • Fix: use workflow screenshots that show real steps.
• Mistake 2: Too much proof at once
  • Fix: one proof per doubt.
• Mistake 3: Proof doesn’t match the claim
  • Fix: align screenshot to the exact point you’re making.
• Mistake 4: Over-promising
  • Fix: use words like “helps,” “worth considering,” “start simple.”
• Mistake 5: No next step
  • Fix: always link to a relevant guide or checklist.

A simple 7-day trust asset plan (for affiliates)

If you want momentum, run a one-week series:

• Day 1: “What Tanqory looks like” (UI proof)
• Day 2: “First-hour checklist”
• Day 3: “Product listing basics screenshot”
• Day 4: “Payments/payouts basics screenshot”
• Day 5: “Shipping expectations screenshot”
• Day 6: “Test order proof”
• Day 7: “First-order routine”

Each day: one doubt, one proof, one link.

Trust assets are not decoration. They’re conversion tools. If you want more sign-ups, stop trying to sound impressive. Start trying to be clear. Pick one merchant doubt, place one proof asset where it matters, and invite the next step calmly. That’s how affiliates earn trust: and turn referrals into merchants who actually launch.
