Four checks a good logo passes

It reads at 16 px
Shrink it to a browser tab. If the shape is lost, use the monogram or the symbol as your icon.
It works in one colour
A logo has to print in black on a receipt and in white on a dark photo. Every set starts in black and white.
It fits wide and square
A header is wide, an avatar is square. Keep a wide logo and a square icon from the same set.
The type says what you do

Can I use the logo for my business?
Yes. The logos are yours to use on a store, products, signs and social profiles. The letters are drawn from Geist and Geist Mono, which are released under the SIL Open Font License, and the symbols are simple shapes drawn in code for this tool. Because the maker builds from shared parts, someone else can make a similar logo, so check a trademark search in your country before you register one.
Does it use AI?
No. The logos are built by rules: your name is set in a type pairing, placed in a layout with a symbol for your trade, and drawn in a palette. The same name and choices always give the same logo, and nothing you type is sent anywhere.
What files do I get?
SVG with letters as outlines, so it needs no font; PNG at 512, 1024 and 2048 px wide with a transparent background if you choose; and a brand kit with the logo, a square icon, favicon.ico, PNG favicons at 16 to 512 px, a 1080 px social avatar and a text sheet of your colours.
Can I add a slogan?
Yes. Type it under your name. It sits under the name in wide and stacked logos and runs around the ring of a badge. Leave it empty and the layout closes up.
How do I pick a good logo?
Shrink it to the size of a browser tab, look at it in black only, and try it in a wide header and a round avatar. If it passes all three, it works. Start from the black and white version, then add one colour.
Can I change the colours to match my brand?
Pick from black, white and four brand colours made to pass contrast on white. For an exact brand colour, open the SVG in any design app and change the fill, or build a palette in the colour palette generator.
Where do I put the logo on a Tanqory store?
