Turn visitors into customers

Sign-up pop-ups and newsletter forms are built into every Tanqory plan. Pick the moment a form appears, let AI write the words, and every confirmed sign-up lands in your customer list ready for a welcome email.

No form app, no extra bill

Forms live in the same admin as your customers, emails and automations, so a sign-up starts working the moment it is confirmed.

Every newsletter address is confirmed by email before it counts, which keeps mistyped and fake addresses off your list.

Collect your way

Ask at the right moment, in the right words

Every form has its own timing, pages, schedule and words, so each one fits the visitor in front of it.

  1. Time it

Show a pop-up after a few seconds, once a visitor scrolls part of the way down, or as they move to leave. Cap how often the same visitor sees it.

  2. Target it

Pick the pages: every page, the home page, product pages, collections or the cart. Give a seasonal form a start and an end date and it switches itself on and off.

  3. Say it in their language

Write the headline, body and button once per language and each visitor sees the copy in theirs, with a default for everyone else.

  4. Make the offer clear

Promise a first-order discount in the pop-up and deliver the code in the welcome email. The consent line sits next to the button, never in a pre-ticked box.

Your data

Your list, your customers, your data

Each sign-up is a customer record in your own store, not a contact in someone else's tool. Segment it, email it, export it, and ask the assistant what is working.

  • Consent recorded on each customer's timeline, with where and when they agreed

  • Customer lists export as CSV whenever you want them

  • Ask the assistant how many people joined this month, in plain words

Questions about sign-up forms

Talk to sales

What is a sign-up form?

A small form on your store that asks visitors for their email address so you can send them news and offers. On Tanqory it can be a pop-up that appears at a moment you choose, or a newsletter block inside a page of your theme.

Do I need an app for forms?

No. Pop-ups, the newsletter block, the confirmation email and the customer record are part of Tanqory, in the same admin as your customers, emails and automations.

When does a pop-up appear?

You choose: after a delay in seconds, once the visitor scrolls part of the way down, or as they move to leave. You also choose the pages, how many days pass before the same visitor sees it again, and an optional start and end date.

How is consent handled?

Each newsletter form shows your consent line next to the button, never as a pre-ticked box. The visitor confirms by email before they are subscribed, and the confirmation is recorded on their customer timeline.

How do I market to people who sign up?

Confirmed sign-ups are customers subscribed to email marketing. Send them campaigns by segment, or build an automation that starts when a customer is created to tag them and send a welcome email.

Can my forms speak more than one language?

Yes. Write the headline, body, button and consent line for each language you sell in and set a default. Visitors see the version for their language.
