Before you list

Four checks for a design that prints well

Three steps and no editing app: drop in a design, pick the products, download the PNGs. Then run these four checks, which catch what a real print will not forgive.

  1. 600 px
    3600 px

Enough pixels for the print size

Aim for 300 pixels per inch at print size: a 30 cm (12 in) chest print wants a file about 3600 px wide.

  2. With a box
    Transparent

    A transparent background

Save the artwork as PNG or SVG with nothing behind it. A JPG keeps its box, and the box prints too.

  3. Dark on dark
    Light version

A light version for dark blanks

Dark ink disappears on a black or navy blank. Keep a second, light version of the design for dark colours.

  4. Too close
    Safe area

    Room at the edges

Keep words and fine lines about 1 cm (0.4 in) inside the print area, where seams, curves and trims will not reach.

Is this mockup generator free?

Yes. There is no sign-up, no email and no watermark. Every product downloads as a 2048 by 2048 px PNG, one at a time or all seven in a ZIP.

Is my design uploaded anywhere?

No. Your file stays in this browser tab as a temporary object URL, and every mockup is drawn on a canvas on your device. Nothing you drop or choose is uploaded or stored, and the generator keeps working offline once the page has loaded.

Which files can I use?

PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP, up to 25 MB. A PNG or SVG with a transparent background looks most like a real print; a JPG keeps its white or coloured box.

How does the print follow the folds of the fabric?

The design is laid inside the print area, then the blank's own light and folds are multiplied over it and a soft highlight is screened on top. Creases, the mug's glaze and the canvas weave run through your artwork instead of sitting on it like a sticker.

Can I change the product colour?

The t-shirt, hoodie, tote bag, phone case and pouch come in several colours. The mug and the framed print keep their white. On dark blanks, use a light version of your design.

What is a product mockup?

An image of your design on a real product, made before the product exists. Sellers use mockups to test designs, list made-to-order products and plan a photo shoot.

What is the difference between a mockup and a prototype?

A mockup shows how the product will look. A prototype is a physical sample you can hold, wash and test. Use mockups to choose designs and colours, then order one sample of the winners.

How do I make a product mockup?

Drop a PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP file on the generator, or start from the sample. It is read on your device and placed on every product at once. Drag the design inside the print area, or use the arrow keys, size and rotation controls. Choose a product colour where the blank comes in colours. Download the product you are on, or all seven in one ZIP, as 2048 px PNG files with a studio grey, white or transparent background.
