Layouts
Four layouts, one clean block of HTML
Each sample below is made by the same code as the builder, for an example business. Every layout is a set of tables with the style written on each cell, which is what Outlook and Gmail keep.
![]() | Elin Sandberg Owner · Loop and Pine Yarn
|
Classic
Photo on the start side, a thin accent rule, details beside it. The most familiar shape, and the safest in narrow reading panes.
![]() Theo Marchand Founder · Atelier Brun
|
Stacked
Photo on top and everything under it in one column, so it reads the same on a phone as on a desktop.

Split
Who you are on one side, how to reach you on the other. Good when there is an address and several ways to get in touch.

Compact
A small logo and contacts on one line. Made for replies and long threads, where a large signature repeats in every message.
Built to survive
What makes a signature hold its shape
Mail apps strip most of the web. These are the rules the builder follows so the signature you paste is the one people see.
<table role="presentation" cellpadding="0"> <tr> <td style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif; font-size:13px;line-height:1.45"> <a href="mailto:maya@example.com">maya@example.com</a> </td> </tr></table>Tables and inline styles
No style sheet, no flexbox, no classes. Each cell carries its own font, size and color, so Outlook's Word engine and Gmail keep the layout.
Helvetica: Elin Sandberg
Georgia: Elin Sandberg
Verdana: Elin Sandberg
Trebuchet: Elin Sandberg
Fonts every app has
Helvetica, Georgia, Verdana and Trebuchet each fall back to a close system font. A web font would turn into Times New Roman in Outlook.

Safe links only
Web, email and phone links are kept and everything else is shown as text. Phone numbers become tap-to-call links, emails open a new message.

Ready for dark mode
Dark mail apps invert light backgrounds. The builder keeps a transparent background and solid accents, and the preview shows the inverted view.

On Tanqory
The signature opens a store. The store sends the email.
The link in your signature should land on a real storefront. On Tanqory, AI does most of the work of setting one up and of writing the emails it sends.
Describe it, get a store
Tell Tanqory what you sell and it drafts a store ready to sell: brand, theme, pages and products. The website line in your signature then opens a real storefront. See how a store is drafted
Your brand, set once
Brand settings hold your logo in two shapes, your colors and fonts, your social links and your business name, phone and location, so the store and its emails match your signature. See brand settings
Marketing email, built in
Marketing email and workflow automation are part of the plan, with no extra app to buy and connect. Campaigns go out from the same admin as your orders. See marketing
Emails written for you
Ask the assistant to write an email, a product description or a policy. Everyday writing like this is included in every plan and does not use AI credits. See the AI assistant

Questions about email signatures
The help center covers marketing email, brand settings and your store step by step.
Visit the help centerWhat should an email signature include?
Your name, your role and company, and one or two ways to reach you, usually email and phone. A website link, a small photo or logo and one or two social links help. Keep it to about four lines of text so it does not crowd short replies.
Is this email signature generator free?
Yes. Every layout, font, color and export is free, with no account and no email address. The signature is built in your browser and nothing you type is sent to Tanqory or anyone else.
Why does my signature look different in Outlook?
Classic Outlook for Windows draws email with Word, which ignores modern layout code and web fonts. The builder writes tables with the style on every cell and uses fonts every app has, which Word keeps. If spacing still shifts, paste with Copy signature rather than the HTML source.
Why does my photo or logo not show up?
Gmail and Outlook load signature images from the web. A file picked from your device shows in the preview here, but the copy carries it inside the HTML, and many inboxes block that. Upload the image to your website or file host, paste its https web address into the image field, and copy again.
How big should the logo or photo be?
The signature shows it at 80 by 80 pixels, or 64 in the stacked layout. Use a square image of about 160 pixels so it stays sharp on high-density screens, and keep the file under 100 KB so it loads quickly.
How does my signature look in dark mode?
Most dark mail apps invert light backgrounds and dark text. Pick Dark inbox under Preview to see a close match. Accent colors with medium lightness hold up best; very dark navy or very light gray can lose contrast once inverted.
Can I add a call to action or a banner?
Add a promo line: short text with a link to your store, a booking page or an offer. A text link is lighter than an image banner, is never blocked, and reads well on a phone.
Can I use the HTML in other tools?
Yes. Copy HTML gives you the signature's source to paste into any tool that takes HTML signatures, and Download HTML saves a complete file you can keep, share with your team or open in a browser and copy from.
