Grid, for a streetwear label

Every contact in its own cell, set in mono like a size label. It suits a label that drops in small runs and sells online first.

Editorial, for a boutique

A centred serif name under a monogram, set like a swing tag, for a shop that chooses every piece it stocks.

Bold, for a tee printer

A big name on a bright card, for a print shop handing out cards at markets and pop ups, where a stall needs to be remembered.

Treat it like a swing tag

Shoppers already read a tag for the brand and the fabric. A card in the same typeface and colour as your tags ties the parcel, the garment and the shop together.

Link the QR code to a collection

Point the QR code at your newest collection or lookbook, not only the home page, so someone you met at a market or pop up lands on what they just held.

Put one in every parcel

For online orders the card is often the first printed thing a buyer holds. Link the page with care and returns details, so the card answers the next question.

FAQ

Clothing business card questions

Is the business card maker free?

Yes. There is no sign-up and no email step. Make as many cards as you like and download each side as PNG or SVG.

Are my details or my logo uploaded?

No. The card is drawn by code running in your browser. Your details and your logo stay on this device; nothing is sent to our servers or stored.

What should a clothing brand business card include?

The brand, your name and role, one line on what you make, and a website or collection page in the QR code. Add an email for wholesale and stockist enquiries.

Can I make two versions, for shoppers and for stockists?

Yes. Download the card, change the title or the email for wholesale, and download again. Each download is a separate file, so you can print both runs.

What size is a business card?

In the US and Canada a business card is 3.5 x 2 in (88.9 x 50.8 mm). In most of Europe it is 85 x 55 mm. Pick either size in the maker; the file includes the bleed a printer needs.

Which file do I send to the printer?

The PNG is 300 dpi with the bleed included, which most print shops and online printers accept. The SVG keeps text and shapes as vectors, for a printer or designer who wants to edit it. If your printer asks for a PDF, open the SVG in a design app or your browser and save it as PDF at actual size.

How do I put a QR code on my business card?

Type your website and the maker puts a QR code that opens it on the back of the card. Scan it from the screen with your phone before you print.

Hand out a card. Open a store.

Describe what you sell and Tanqory drafts the store your QR code opens: brand, theme, pages and products. Your logo, colours and contact details live in brand settings, so the store matches the card.
