Home and living

Sell the big pieces without the big back office.

Tanqory is the AI-native commerce platform for furniture, lighting and decor brands. AI writes the listing for every finish, shoppers pay in installments, and the transaction fee is 0%.

Who it is for

For brands that sell what a room is built around

Makers, furniture brands and decor shops share the same problems: long listings, many finishes, high prices and heavy parcels. One admin handles all four.

  • An upholsterer stretches sage green wool over the seat of an oak lounge chair at a white workbench
  • Harrow & PineThe example store on this page

    • Lund sideboard$1,480
    • Oak lounge chair$890
    • Clay table lamp$180
    • Stoneware vase$64
    See what a plan includes
  • Makers and studios

List a made-to-order piece as a pre-order with its lead time, and let AI write the materials and care copy.

  • Furniture brands

Every finish and size is a variant with its own stock, price and photo. Installments make a $1,480 piece easier to say yes to.

  • Decor and lighting shops

A deep catalog stays findable: shoppers describe the room and search answers by meaning, at no extra cost.

AI native

The hours AI takes off a home brand's desk

Chatting with the assistant, letting it act in the admin and writing product copy never use AI credits. The work below is part of every plan.

  • A full listing without a writing day

Give the assistant the dimensions and the wood. It writes the description, materials and care copy for each finish, and edits the product image so no studio day is needed for a new color.

    Products and catalog
  • Shoppers find it the way they describe it

Store search understands meaning, so a shopper who types a room problem lands on the right piece, not on an empty results page.

    Online store
  • Ask once, confirm once

The assistant acts across products, inventory, orders, discounts and customers. It shows what it will change and waits for your yes.

One order, end to end

Follow one $1,480 sideboard from search to the trade reorder

One example piece at Harrow & Pine: a shopper finds it, picks a finish and pays in 4. It ships from the nearest stock, and a design studio orders the same piece on its own price list. Every figure below comes from this one example.

Order #2041 is paid in installments

Ines pays $370 today and the rest in 3 more payments

  • Order total$1,480
  • Today$370
  • Transaction fee$0
  • Search matched the Lund sideboard
  • Smoked oak added to cart
  • Order #2041, 4 x $370$1,480
  • Order #2041 fulfilled
  • Order #2042, 3 x $1,184$3,552

Stock and shipping

Stock, orders and shipping in one admin

A sideboard is not a parcel you want to oversell. Stock by location, orders and fulfillment live in one place, and your own tools connect through open APIs.

A warehouse worker pulls a pallet truck carrying a sideboard wrapped in white film past racks of cartons
  • One count per location

Every finish carries its own stock in each warehouse and showroom, and each order takes from the right one.

  • Rates, labels and tracking

Easyship brings multi-carrier rates and labels, DHL ships direct, and 17TRACK follows the parcel for you and the buyer.

  • Connect your own tools

Open APIs, an SDK and an MCP server link the systems you already run to your orders and stock.

  • Routine work runs itself

Workflow automation is part of the plan: tag a large order, notify the warehouse, email the buyer.

Questions

Questions home and living sellers ask

A customer kneels beside a small oak bookcase she has just put together at home

Can shoppers pay for furniture in installments?

Yes. Installments are part of the plan, so a shopper can split a large order into several payments at checkout. You do not need a separate app for it.

How do I handle many finishes and sizes?

Each finish, size or fabric is a variant of the product with its own price, photo and stock count. AI writes the copy for every variant and can edit the product image, so adding a finish does not mean a new photo shoot.

Can interior designers and stockists get trade prices?

Yes. B2B and wholesale are built in. Create a company account, give it a price list, and it sees its own prices when it signs in. You can also send any order as an invoice with a payment link.

What does Tanqory charge on a large order?

The transaction fee is 0% on every plan, with any payment provider you connect, such as Stripe or PayPal. You pay your provider's own rate and we never mark it up.

Can I sell made-to-order pieces?

Yes. List the piece as a pre-order, state the lead time in the listing, and take the order before it is built. Back in stock alerts tell waiting shoppers when a batch is ready.

Which carriers and tracking does it work with?

Shipping works with Easyship for multi-carrier rates and labels, with DHL, and with 17TRACK for parcel tracking. Local delivery and pickup are part of the plan for buyers near your showroom.

Can I connect my warehouse or planning software?

Yes. Tanqory has open APIs, an SDK and an MCP server, so your own systems can read and write orders, products and stock.
